HULL CLEANING

Hull cleaning is typically scheduled based on a combination of vessel activity and environmental factors, with recommended intervals ranging from 6 to 12 months (depending on vessel size, trading routes, and locations).

With regular and professional hull cleaning services, vessel owners can ensure their vessel operates at peak efficiency while also complying with international regulations and protecting the marine environment.

We perform hull cleanings of the vertical sides and flat bottom, using hydraulic brush karts, with a vast variety of synthetic brushes depending on the fouling and coating conditions.

IN-WATER SURVEY

Our IWS offers distinct advantages, including minimized downtime by eliminating the need for dry-docking, ensuring quicker inspections and immediate repairs. Our certified divers provide real-time assessments, facilitating prompt decision-making and issue resolution.

PROPELLER POLISHING

The most cost-effective option to reduce fuel consumption. Our propeller polishings are performed using a Multi-stage polishing process of all surfaces. The final stage polished with micro-pads to achieve a surface grade “A” finish on the Rubert Comparator scale.

Propeller polishing is either arranged based upon planned intervals or vessel performance, but as a rule of thumb, intervals of 6 to 12 months are standard and one of the most common and regular in-water activities conducted globally.
